Abshade Waterproof Shadecloth must not be used in any horizontal application as water will pool and the weight of this could cause the plastic resin to tear. You must ensure the slope is at least 20º, the shadecloth should be taut and sufficiently supported to prevent water from pooling on the cloth.

Abshade Waterproof Shadecloth is not designed for tensioned applications such as shade sails or for blocking strong winds.
